COVID-19 (Coronavirus): CCMC remains committed to your health

At CCMC we understand that your health and safety come first. We remain committed and available to serve all of your healthcare needs during this time as we know that heart disease does not take a day off. We continue to offer advanced, high-quality care in a safe environment.

We are proud to implement the following safety measures for your protection:

  • Screening and temperature checks- Every person entering our facility will be screened with COVID safety questions as well as have their temperature checked.
  • Universal masking- Employees, physicians and patients are required to wear a mask at all times.
  • Physical distancing- We have set up distancing in our waiting areas and clinical areas. Depending on the capacity of patients in our waiting room you may be asked to wait in your car for your safety.
  • Increased thorough cleaning and disinfection- We have increased the number of times and the detailed nature in which all common areas and clinical spaces are cleaned throughout the day. Hand sanitizer is also available throughout the facility.
  • Limited visitors- In order to maintain a safe environment we no longer allow visitors in our facility.
  • COVID-19 patients- For the safety of all patients and staff we will not be seeing COVID-19 positive patients in our facility. If you test positive for COVID-19 within the last 30 days you will be scheduled for a telemedicine visit until you have been cleared to come to our office. See our COVID-19 positive patient policy here for more information.

You can contact us at 661.323.8384 like you would during any other time so we can help determine your next steps for care.

Plan Your Visit to CCMC

We have implemented additional safety precautions to ensure our facility is a safe place to receive care and those treating our patients are healthy and safe.

What We Ask of Our Patients

  • Wear a mask. All patients and visitors are required to wear masks at all times in our facility. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one.
  • Check the visitor policy. Currently, visitors are not allowed at CCMC. It is critical for the safety of patients and employees that everyone follows these restrictions. Read our policy here.
  • We encourage you to schedule a telemedicine visit via your smartphone or computer in place of an in-office visit whenever possible.
  • Monitor your health. If you are feeling sick or have suspected symptoms of COVID-19, please contact our office before your visit to determine if you should be tested or if you should reschedule your visit. All patients and visitors will be screened when entering the facility.
  • Arrive on time. We are practicing physical distancing in our common areas and ask that patients arrive no more than five minutes early unless otherwise indicated by your physician. If you arrive earlier, please wait in your vehicle.

What You Can Expect From Us

  • Universal masking. All of our physicians, staff and patients will be wearing masks at all times.
  • Screening. When you arrive at the entrance to the CCMC building, screeners will take your temperature and ask you a series of questions related to COVID-19 symptoms and exposure. All staff members entering our facilities are also screened.
  • Telemedicine. Patients with respiratory or COVID-19 symptoms will be set up with a telemedicine visit.
  • Physical distancing. Our waiting rooms and common areas will be laid out to allow for physical distancing. You may also be asked to wait in your vehicle depending on the capacity of the waiting room.
  • Thorough cleaning. All exam rooms, equipment, furniture and common areas will be disinfected between uses.
